Included in your order: All Portraits come in a double paned, crisp white mat that will accentuate the beautiful details of your portrait. Matted portraits are tastefully packaged in our standard monogrammed paper.

Size: Your matted portrait fits in a standard 18x24 frame. The drawing dimensions are 12x18. We suggest a maximum of four faces for this size portrait.

Photo: Within 48 hours we will reach out to consult on your photo selection. We will provide suggestions on the type of photos that work well for your specific occasion as well as help you select which of your favorite photos will make the best portrait.

Shipping: We will confirm your desired delivery date within 48 hours of your purchase. Portraits take 1-3 weeks to draw after we have selected a photo. Please allow at least 2 days for shipping if you reside in the Bay Area, or 1 week for shipping otherwise.
