We aren’t satisfied if you are not thrilled. We will send you a scan of your completed portrait for your feedback and won’t ship your portrait until you think it's absolutely perfect. If there is a minor adjustment needed to your artwork after you receive it, we will make edits to it free of charge. If you, or your loved one, still doesn't absolutely love your portrait we will refund you 100%.
